2.Performance Feature
2.1.Super large aggregate bin rated at 10 m3;
2.2.Independent engine adopting Donfeng-Cummins4BTA3.9-C130 rated 96KW for a more reliable power output
2.3.Hydraulic driven power system adopting the hydraulic pump, hydraulic motor and other components from Italy, USA and Switzerland to improve the working performance and reduce the fault rate.
2.4.Micro-computer system adopting Simens PLC to make the operation automatic in a simple way
2.5.Full-digital measurement adopting Germany flowmeter to measure the usage volume of bitumen, water and additives precisely.
2.6.Continuous mixing tank with 2 axles to mix the bitumen mixture uniformly. The blades of the mixer are made of wear-resistant steel in a long life.
2.7.Mechanical widen spread box in a hollow spiral structure will help to mix the slurry again before it is paved onto the road. The spread width can be adjusted to fit the different road construction needs.
2.8.High-pressure cleaning divide is the most advanced cleaning water pump to clean the equipment in an easy step after the construction.
3.Working Theory
Slurry (a combination composed of bitumen emulsion, aggregate, water, filler and additives mixed at some ratio) is to be paved uniformly on the construction roads. After several procedures such as wrapping, breaking of emulsion, separation of water, evaporation and solidification, the slurry will form a dense, thick, stable, wear-resistant road surface sealing, which definitely improve the road performance a lot. Slurry seal technology can be divided into:common slurry seal and modified slurry seal(divided by the bitumen emulsion character) and thin seal(I type),medium seal(II type),thick seal(III type) and extra-thick seal(IV type)-(divided by the seal thickness).

4.Wide application
4.1.Old road maintenance
The old road will become cracked, soft, aged and weared due to the long lasting vehicle compaction and the result from the sun, wind, rain and freeze. If we adopt slurry seal technology before the road become weared, the old road surface will be the characteristic of being water-proof, skid-resistance, wear-resistance and it will help to extend the life span for the road. And if we adopt slurry seal technology on the road with cracks, it will repair the old road and improve the road performance and extend the life span. The traffic can come back to normal as soon as the construction is finished.
4.2.Wearing layer in the new asphalt road building
On  top of the new road, we can pave a new slurry layer at 5mm thickness in order to improve the road performance in water-resistance and wear-resistance. And it can help to make the road more plain and good appearance.
4.3.Wearing layer in the sand and rock road
We can adopt slurry seal technology on the compacted sand and rock road which will have the same character as the asphalt road and improve the wear-resistance performance.
4.4.Road surface and bridge in cement concrete
The slurry seal has got the good adsorbability on the cement concrete. When we find any cracks, non-smooth areas in the cement concrete roads, we can adopt slurry seal technology to improve the surface appearance, enhance the planeness of the road and extend the road life span. The slurry seal will work as the coating on the bridge, which will not increase the bridge weight.
